Job Description

This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing an online store using the Shopify platform. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our product catalog, ensuring content accuracy, and supporting the overall functionality of our e-commerce site to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of the Shopify e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, and content changes.
- Upload and maintain product information, images, descriptions, and pricing accurately.
- Monitor website performance and report any technical issues to the senior team.
- Support the implementation of new features, promotions, and campaigns on the Shopify store.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on website content and functionality across various devices.
- Assist with basic data analysis and reporting on website traffic and sales performance.
