Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auto Parts Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing automotive parts data, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our inventory and product information. If you have a keen eye for detail, a basic understanding of automotive parts (or a willingness to learn), and thrive in a remote work environment, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update automotive parts information into our database systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies.
- Categorize and classify auto parts based on specifications, make, model, and year.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
- Collaborate with inventory and product management teams to resolve data issues.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as needed.
- Adhere to established data entry procedures and guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with data entry or equivalent administrative roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
