Job Description

Join Concentrix as a Billing Support Agent, where you’ll be a crucial point of contact for customers requiring assistance with their billing inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer billing inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account adjustments with high accuracy.
  • Explain complex billing statements and policies clearly and concisely to customers.
  • Process payments, set up payment plans, and update customer account information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex billing issues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all billing regulations.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new billing systems, products, and services.
