Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Google executives. This is a unique opportunity for an organized individual to develop their professional skills within a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, managing schedules, and facilitating communication across teams. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments across multiple time zones.
- Organize and maintain electronic files, documents, and records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Arrange travel logistics and accommodations, when necessary, ensuring efficient itineraries.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis.
- Process expense reports and manage administrative budgets.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions to administrative challenges.
- Support team projects and initiatives as required.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience (internship or part-time) in an administrative or office support role.
