Job Description
Are you looking for your very first job in hospitality? Hilton Belfast is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Hotel Porters. No previous experience is required – we believe in talent and potential, and we are committed to providing comprehensive training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Assist guests with transportation needs, including calling taxis and providing directions
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming hotel lobby and entrance area
- Deliver newspapers, mail, and other items to guest rooms
- Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Operate hotel shuttle or valet services if required (training provided)
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift and carry luggage comfortably

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Belfast's attractions and amenities
- Previous customer service experience (any field) is a plus, but not essential
