Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our thriving residential sales team as a Trainee Estate Agent. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and demonstrate properties effectively to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist senior agents with property valuations and market appraisals.
- Negotiate sales and offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Prepare and manage property listings, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on local property market trends and industry regulations.

- Full UK driving license and access to a car.
