Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Madewell’s Brooklyn distribution center as a Retail Order Packer. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their carefully selected items promptly and in perfect condition. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our brand’s reputation for quality service. This is a casual loading position, ideal for someone seeking flexible hours in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to Madewell's quality standards.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and sealing.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for order processing.
- Reliable and punctual.
