Job Description
Join Hays Plc as a Talent Acquisition Manager in our Warrington office. This is a pivotal role within our internal HR team, responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent across various specialisms. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, advising on best practices and market trends.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
- Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and engagement at every stage.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position Hays as an employer of choice.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of talent acquisition trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Experience recruiting for roles within professional services or recruitment sectors.
- Familiarity with employer branding best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
