Job Description
Join our dynamic team at RBC as a Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees in one of our most prestigious corporate buildings in Mississauga. You will play a crucial role in managing our reception area, ensuring smooth operations, and representing RBC with excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, managing calendars as required.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Provide general information to callers and visitors.
- Handle visitor registration and issue temporary access passes.
- Assist with office supply management and inventory.
- Support other departments with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
