Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in and successfully complete all provided safety and technical training programs.
- Learn and apply best practices for high-rise window washing techniques and equipment operation.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, procedures, and industry regulations at all times.
- Consistently wear and correctly use all provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear.
- Inspect equipment, rigging, and work areas thoroughly before and after each task to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and safe job completion.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and quality in all washing tasks.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients on-site.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning.
Required Skills
- Comfort and ability to work at significant heights (full training provided to ensure safety).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good physical fitness, stamina, and manual dexterity.
- Reliability and a strong willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.

- Basic communication skills (verbal and written).

- Legal right to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Awareness of health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role or a role requiring precision.
- Basic First Aid certification.
