Job Description
As a Home Goods Pillow Fluffer & Straightener, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual appeal and organization of our home textiles department. Your attention to detail will ensure that our pillows, throws, and other soft furnishings are always perfectly arranged, inviting, and ready for our customers. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all pillows, throws, and soft furnishings are fluffed, straightened, and neatly arranged on displays.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized home textiles section.
- Assist with merchandising and display changes as directed.
- Support general store cleanliness and organization.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers when needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
