Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and focused Bottle Filler to join our cosmetics manufacturing team in Coventry. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals who are attentive to detail and thrive in a structured production environment. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring automated bottle filling machinery, ensuring that our cosmetic products are filled accurately and efficiently, adhering to our high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated bottle filling equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure accurate filling volumes and maintain consistent product quality.
- Perform visual inspections of filled bottles for defects, proper labeling, and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Load raw materials (bottles, caps) into machinery as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of operating machinery (training provided).
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
