Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Beauty Salon All-Rounder to join our team in Murrieta, CA. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a variety of tasks. As an All-Rounder, you will be crucial to the smooth operation of our salon, supporting our stylists, engaging with clients, and ensuring the salon maintains its welcoming and professional ambiance. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, managing the salon's booking system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including styling stations, waiting areas, and restrooms.
- Assist stylists with client preparations, such as shampooing, towel drying, and preparing tools.
- Manage inventory of retail products and professional supplies, assisting with restocking.
- Handle phone inquiries, provide information about services, and resolve minor client concerns.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash register operations.
- Support promotional activities and help maintain an engaging social media presence for the salon.
- Perform light laundry duties for salon capes and towels.
- Open and close the salon according to established procedures.
