Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Energy Sector Logistics Assistant with a strong focus on remote support to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, coordinating with various departments, and providing essential administrative support from a virtual environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing material flow, tracking inventory, and facilitating communication to support our energy infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track shipments of equipment and materials for energy projects and operations.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and updating logistics databases remotely.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices related to logistics and supply chain.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and field personnel to resolve logistics issues.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on logistics activities and inventory status.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including scheduling and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all logistics procedures.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a logistics, administrative, or supply chain role.
