Key Responsibilities
- Conduct covert visits to assigned Publix store locations, acting as a regular customer.
- Systematically evaluate various aspects of the shopping experience, including customer service interactions, store appearance, product freshness, and checkout efficiency.
- Accurately document observations and experiences using provided checklists and reporting tools.
- Provide objective and constructive feedback on store operations and associate performance.
- Adhere strictly to all guidelines and ethical standards for secret shopping.
- Collaborate with the internship coordinator to review findings and contribute to summary reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of all findings and company-sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (all majors welcome).
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Reliable transportation to visit various store locations.
