Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Garage Shelving Installer to join our growing team in Montreal. This role involves the assembly and installation of various garage shelving systems and storage solutions for our residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and efficient project completion. This is a hands-on position requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Weekly pay ensures a consistent income for your hard work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install garage shelving, cabinets, and other storage solutions according to specifications and client requirements.
  • Safely use power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
  • Inspect work sites, prepare installation areas, and ensure cleanliness upon completion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to confirm installation details and address any concerns.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of time and materials used for each job.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project workflow.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to use power and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of measurements and angles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in installation, construction, carpentry, or a related trade.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience with garage organization systems or custom cabinetry installation.
  • Customer service experience in a residential setting.
