Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven Remote AI Community Engagement Specialist to foster and grow our online AI community across various social media platforms. This 100% remote role involves actively listening to community feedback, initiating discussions, creating engaging content, and acting as a bridge between our users and our AI product development teams. You will play a crucial role in shaping the perception and adoption of our AI technologies, ensuring a positive and informed community experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content strategies to promote AI-related initiatives and engage community members.
- Monitor social media channels and online forums for discussions, trends, and sentiment related to Google's AI products.
- Respond to comments, questions, and feedback from the community in a timely, helpful, and professional manner.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, power users, and AI enthusiasts within the online community.
- Organize and moderate online events, Q&A sessions, and discussions to foster interaction and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to ensure community feedback is heard and integrated.
- Create compelling visual and written content (posts, articles, videos) tailored for different social media platforms.
- Track and report on community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in social media management or community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube).
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with community management software or analytics tools.
