Job Description

Are you looking to embark on a fulfilling career in healthcare? LloydsPharmacy in Shawlands, Glasgow is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our professional team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, assisting pharmacists and providing essential support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Pharmacist in dispensing prescription medicines accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage stock control, including receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and advising on over-the-counter products.
  • Process sales transactions using the till system.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional pharmacy environment.
  • Support with administrative tasks and record-keeping.
  • Adhere to all pharmacy policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
