Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casino Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gaming floor in Nice, France. This pivotal role involves managing casino personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining the integrity of all gaming activities. The successful candidate will be a leader with a strong background in casino operations, capable of fostering a vibrant and fair gaming environment. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all gaming floor activities, including table games and slot machines.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of casino dealers, pit supervisors, and other gaming staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor game play for irregularities and ensure fair gaming practices.
- Approve credit and payment transactions as per established guidelines.
- Collaborate with security and surveillance teams to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Prepare daily reports on gaming performance, staffing, and customer feedback.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new gaming promotions and events.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Casino Floor Manager or similar supervisory role in a reputable casino.
- In-depth knowledge of various casino games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat).
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in French (B1 level or higher) is a significant advantage.
- Certification in casino management or gaming operations.
- Experience with casino management software systems.
