Job Description
Are you looking for an active summer job that keeps you moving and enjoying the outdoors? Northern Splash Adventures is seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Water Park Tube Collectors. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests by efficiently collecting and distributing tubes throughout the park. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lively environment, stay active, and get a great tan while you work!
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect and transport tubes from water ride exit points to entry points.
- Organize and stack tubes neatly to ensure easy access for guests.
- Monitor tube availability and communicate with ride operators to maintain flow.
- Assist guests with tube selection and provide general directions.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of tube storage areas.
- Perform regular checks for any damaged tubes and report issues to management.
- Adhere to all park safety regulations and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to all park visitors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy tubes repeatedly (up to 20-30 lbs).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be at least 15 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or outdoor recreation role.
- Familiarity with water park operations and safety procedures.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
