Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Accurately update and maintain stock records within our inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse operations and procurement, regarding stock movements and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report on stock variances.
- Assist in forecasting demand and planning replenishment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures and safety standards.
- Participate actively in all training and development programs provided by DHL Express.
- Generate reports on inventory performance and stock movement as required.
- Support the resolution of any inventory-related issues or inquiries.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote team setting.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
