Job Description

Fidelity Investments is seeking enthusiastic and motivated teens to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team as an HR Trainee. This entry-level role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the fast-paced world of corporate recruitment and talent management. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing candidate correspondence.
  • Support the maintenance of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Learn and apply fundamental HR principles, recruitment processes, and talent management strategies.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to represent Fidelity Investments and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary screening of resumes and applications based on established criteria.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
