Fidelity Investments is seeking enthusiastic and motivated teens to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team as an HR Trainee. This entry-level role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the fast-paced world of corporate recruitment and talent management. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing candidate correspondence.
- Support the maintenance of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Learn and apply fundamental HR principles, recruitment processes, and talent management strategies.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to represent Fidelity Investments and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct preliminary screening of resumes and applications based on established criteria.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- High level of enthusiasm, proactivity, and a strong willingness to learn.
