Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Matching Verifier to join our E-commerce Analytics team. In this remote role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our vast e-commerce data sets. Your primary responsibility will be to review, verify, and reconcile product information, customer data, and transactional records across various platforms to support robust analytical insights. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of data that drives strategic business decisions and enhances the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed data matching and verification tasks for large e-commerce datasets.
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors in product information, customer profiles, and transaction logs.
- Utilize internal tools and systems to reconcile mismatched data entries and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to understand data sources and resolve complex data issues.
- Document findings, data discrepancies, and resolution steps clearly and concisely.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of data verification processes and best practices.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.
- Provide regular reports on data quality and verification progress.
