Job Description
Are you a creative individual with an eye for style and a passion for order? The Organised Lifestyle Co. is seeking a talented Wardrobe & Closet Organizer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to work with diverse clients, providing bespoke organizing and styling solutions that transform their personal spaces. You will be instrumental in helping individuals create functional, beautiful, and inspiring wardrobes that reflect their personal style and streamline their daily routines. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand their wardrobe needs, lifestyle, and style preferences.
- Assess existing wardrobes, identifying areas for decluttering, reorganization, and optimization.
- Implement effective storage solutions and organization systems tailored to each client's space and budget.
- Assist clients in sorting, purging, and categorizing clothing, accessories, and footwear.
- Provide expert advice on wardrobe styling, garment care, and sustainable fashion practices.
- Curate new outfit combinations from existing pieces and suggest key additions for a cohesive wardrobe.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality.
- Travel to client homes within Sheffield and surrounding areas to provide on-site services.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in professional organizing, personal styling, or a related field (e.g., visual merchandising).
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion trends and personal styling principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple client projects.
- Proficiency in identifying and implementing practical and visually appealing storage solutions.
- Discretion and respect for client privacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from a recognized professional organizing or styling association.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous wardrobe organization or styling projects.
