Join the Amazon team in Doncaster as a Weekend Warehouse Operative and play a vital role in our fast-paced fulfillment centre. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and store products, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (full training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company policies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets and productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 23kg.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and team communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (not essential, but a plus).
- Experience using hand scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
