Job Description

No prior experience is required – we believe in investing in our people and providing comprehensive training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and assisting with their needs.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to tables and bar patrons.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.
- Prepare beverages, including non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (with appropriate training and age compliance).
- Handle cash and card transactions using our point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Learn and master our menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., cases of beverages).
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of food safety practices (e.g., FoodSafe Level 1 certification, or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in a customer service role (any industry).
- A passion for food, beverages, and creating great guest experiences.
