Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Review Classifier to join our team in Canary Wharf, London. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately classifying customer reviews based on sentiment (positive, negative, neutral) and identifying key themes. Your insights will directly contribute to product development, service improvements, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction across Amazon’s vast product and service offerings. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately classify customer reviews according to predefined sentiment guidelines (positive, negative, neutral) and specific topic categories.
- Analyze review content to identify key themes, emerging issues, and product feedback patterns.
- Maintain a high level of consistency and accuracy in all classification tasks.
- Collaborate with data science, product, and customer service teams to refine classification models and guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback on classification tools and processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to training data sets and quality assurance initiatives.
