Job Description

Are you passionate about travel and possess a natural talent for sales? TUI is looking for an enthusiastic Virtual Travel Sales Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of holiday packages, flights, and ancillary products to customers across the UK. Working from home, you will provide exceptional customer service, offer expert travel advice, and use your sales skills to achieve and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and online chat to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Proactively sell a diverse portfolio of holiday packages, flights, hotels, and add-on services.
  • Provide expert, tailor-made travel advice and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process bookings accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay updated on TUI products, promotions, and industry trends to offer the best advice.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and build lasting relationships.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably within travel or retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and engaging telephone manner.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and comfortable with various online tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in the travel industry or a call centre environment.
  • Familiarity with TUI products and destinations.
  • Knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution Systems) or other travel booking software.
  • A passion for travel and personal experience with different holiday types.
