Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort and scan packages, parcels, and freight according to destination codes.
- Load and unload materials from vehicles and conveyor belts.
- Operate sorting equipment safely and efficiently after training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet sorting deadlines.
- Identify and report any damaged packages or operational issues.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistent night shifts.
- Physical capability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (not required, but a plus).
