Job Description
Are you a highly energetic and organized individual looking for a fast-paced role in the food service industry? St-Hubert in Chateauguay is seeking a dedicated Buffet Line Replenishment Runner to ensure our buffet lines are continuously stocked with fresh, appealing items during peak service hours. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for quickly and efficiently moving food items from the kitchen to the buffet, assisting with setup, breakdown, and maintaining cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor buffet lines and promptly replenish food items, plates, and utensils as needed.
- Transport food items safely and efficiently from the kitchen to the buffet area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding food quantities and upcoming needs.
- Assist with the initial setup and final breakdown of buffet stations.
- Maintain a clean and organized buffet area, including wiping down surfaces and managing spills.
- Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed.
- Support other team members as required to ensure smooth service operations.
- Adhere to all restaurant policies and health regulations.
