Job Description

As a Remote Brand Reputation Review Classifier, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of brand sentiment data for our diverse client portfolio. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and categorizing user-generated content, such as customer reviews, social media posts, and forum discussions, to assess brand perception and identify key themes. This 100% remote position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to quality, contributing directly to actionable insights for global brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately classify and tag user-generated content based on predefined guidelines and sentiment scores.
  • Identify and report on emerging trends, potential brand risks, and significant shifts in public opinion.
  • Maintain high levels of consistency and accuracy in classification results.
  • Collaborate with the data quality team to refine classification rules and improve processes.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and best practices for content classification.
  • Participate in regular calibration sessions to ensure alignment with team standards.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines consistently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with online classification tools and content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to differentiate nuances in sentiment and context.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, data entry, or market research.
  • Familiarity with brand reputation management or social listening platforms.
  • Experience working with large datasets and structured data.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
