Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and identify suitable candidates for various roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Write engaging job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Manage candidate communication, providing feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist consultants with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate records.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market trends and client needs.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance recruitment skills.
