Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Self-Storage Facility Relief Manager to join our team in Derry. This is an ideal ‘easy retail role’ for someone looking for weekend work with customer interaction and light administrative duties. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing day-to-day operations during weekend hours, and ensuring the facility is safe and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the self-storage facility during weekend operating hours, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, rentals, and payments.
  • Conduct facility tours and explain storage options to prospective customers.
  • Process rental agreements, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the office and common areas.
  • Monitor security systems and ensure the security of the facility and customer belongings.
  • Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks as required.
