Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee and eager to learn the art of barista craft? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee Barista to join our vibrant team in Cheltenham. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided to help you master coffee making, deliver exceptional customer service, and become a valued member of our Costa family.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to Costa Coffee standards.
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment efficiently and safely.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service, taking orders and handling transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the coffee shop, including equipment, work areas, and customer spaces.
- Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and presentable.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
