Job Description

No prior technical experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. You will be responsible for providing excellent remote technical assistance to our valued customers, troubleshooting a variety of issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues related to internet, TV, and mobile services.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and clear explanations to complex technical problems.
- Document all customer interactions, problems, and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a professional, empathetic, and timely service experience.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and service updates to enhance support capabilities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mind.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
