Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our vibrant team at Next PLC in Meadowhall, Sheffield. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and merchandising new deliveries.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
- Replenish stock on shelves and ensure items are correctly priced.
