Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Scan & Pack Warehouse Clerks to join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Walsall. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately scanned, packed, and prepared for shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately scan products and verify item counts against order details.
- Efficiently pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring product safety during transit.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) following safety guidelines.
- Perform quality checks on packed orders to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock rotation and cycle counting.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and data entry.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 23kg (50 lbs) regularly.
- Capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods.
