Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Travel Management Intern to join our Operations team in Keswick, Ontario. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of corporate travel, learning from industry experts and contributing to critical operational processes. The intern will support our travel management services, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional client satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop a career in travel, business operations, or logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks related to corporate travel bookings and management.
  • Support the team in processing travel requests, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Learn and utilize internal travel management systems and tools.
  • Contribute to data entry, reporting, and administrative duties to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to deepen understanding of travel industry standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve client inquiries and operational challenges.
  • Assist in researching travel options, policies, and vendor agreements.
  • Document and update operational procedures and guidelines.

  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms or GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of corporate travel policies and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
