Key Responsibilities
- Assist service staff with setting up and clearing tables efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Replenish condiment stations, cutlery, glassware, and other supplies as needed.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients, when required.
- Ensure all service areas meet established hygiene and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle dishwashing duties and maintain cleanliness of kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation for dining area supplies.
