Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with luggage handling.
- Safely transporting luggage to and from guest rooms, vehicles, and storage areas.
- Assisting guests with general inquiries, providing directions, and offering local recommendations.
- Ensuring the lobby and entrance areas are always presentable and welcoming.
- Coordinating with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Performing occasional errands for guests or the hotel as required.
- Adhering to all hotel security and safety protocols.
