Job Description

Hays is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote IT Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in streamlining our IT recruitment process by managing candidate interviews and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating online interviews, using various virtual platforms, and maintaining accurate records of the recruitment pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to a world-class recruitment organization from anywhere within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of online interviews between IT candidates and hiring managers using various virtual meeting platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview scheduling process, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Manage interview calendars, send timely reminders, and reschedule interviews as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and interview statuses within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare interview materials and ensure all stakeholders have necessary documentation prior to interviews.
  • Gather and track interview feedback from hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the candidate experience and operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the IT recruitment team as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar staffing role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Understanding of IT roles and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
