Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Quick Service Clerk for routine, ongoing work at our Leeds store. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our checkout and service areas, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Provide friendly, helpful, and attentive customer service, responding to inquiries and assisting with product location.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, front-end areas, and store aisles.
- Assist with stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring product availability as required.
- Handle cash, card, and other payment methods accurately and securely.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.
