Job Description

In this pivotal front-of-house role, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, setting the tone for their luxurious shopping experience. This position focuses purely on hospitality and client engagement, with absolutely no sales targets, allowing you to concentrate on delivering unparalleled service and making every visitor feel valued and welcomed. We provide a stylish uniform to ensure you represent our brand with elegance and pride.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all clients and visitors to the boutique with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Act as the initial point of contact, ensuring a seamless and elegant entry experience.
- Direct clients to appropriate sales associates or departments based on their needs and preferences.
- Manage client flow and waiting lists during peak hours, ensuring efficient service without compromising luxury standards.
- Offer refreshments and assist with general inquiries, providing information about the brand, products, and services.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation and ambiance of the entrance and reception areas.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the boutique's smooth operation.
- Uphold the highest standards of luxury client service and brand representation.
