Job Description
Join our team as a High School Team Member and become an integral part of our local business operations. You will support various store functions, focusing on customer service, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, providing excellent customer service.
- Help with stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring displays are neat and organized.
- Assist with bagging groceries efficiently and carefully.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas of the store.
- Process transactions accurately at the checkout counter, if applicable and trained.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Learn about various store departments and products to better assist customers.
