Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bank Admin Assistant with a strong focus on office support to join our dynamic team in Long Beach, CA. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our branch, providing essential administrative assistance to management and staff, and maintaining a professional and efficient office environment. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a commitment to supporting our banking operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to branch management and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents.
- Order and manage office supplies, monitor inventory levels, and liaise with vendors for service and maintenance.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and preparation of various banking documents and forms.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including setting up meeting spaces, distributing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by assisting with administrative paperwork and office setup.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other general office duties as assigned to support overall branch operations.
Required Skills
