Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor global cultural landscapes, social media, independent media, and niche communities to identify emerging trends and creators.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of identified trends, including their potential audience, market fit, and scalability for Netflix content.
- Develop comprehensive trend reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including content development, marketing, and acquisitions teams.
- Collaborate with data science and research teams to integrate qualitative trend observations with quantitative performance metrics.
- Proactively research and recommend new content genres, formats, and talent that resonate with current and future audience interests.
- Provide foresight into potential shifts in viewer preferences and content consumption habits.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge base of competitive landscape and innovation within the entertainment industry.
