Job Description

Your role will involve visiting various 24 Hour Fitness locations in the Long Beach area, evaluating the quality of our services, cleanliness, staff interaction, and overall member experience. This is a unique opportunity to provide valuable insights that help us maintain our high standards, all while enjoying the perk of a complimentary gym membership.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to assigned 24 Hour Fitness centers.
- Evaluate facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and general ambiance.
- Assess staff friendliness, knowledge, and adherence to service standards.
- Participate in classes or use gym equipment as part of the evaluation process.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback through structured reports.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all mystery shopping activities and findings.
- Adhere to specified timelines for visit completion and report submission.
