Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Creative Producer to join our Transcription team through an entry-level pathway. This role is perfect for individuals eager to begin a career in media production and content creation, with a specific focus on ensuring the accuracy and quality of transcribed educational materials. You will play a crucial part in the production pipeline, contributing to the development of accessible and engaging learning experiences for students worldwide. This position offers robust training and mentorship to develop your skills in transcription, quality control, and creative content production.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio and video content accurately, adhering to strict style guides and quality standards.
- Review and edit existing transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and factual accuracy.
- Synchronize transcripts with multimedia content to create accurate captions and subtitles.
- Collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain meticulous records of work progress and manage multiple transcription assignments concurrently.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards for all produced materials.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve transcription tools and workflows.
- Stay updated on best practices in transcription, accessibility standards, and educational content production.
