Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our team as a Clean Room Warehouse Associate. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the precise handling, storage, and distribution of materials within a strictly controlled clean room and lab environment. Key Responsibilities
- Execute receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping operations for materials within the clean room.
- Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counting and verification of stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks in a safe and controlled manner.
- Adhere strictly to all clean room protocols, gowning procedures, and contamination control measures.
- Maintain accurate records of all material movements and transactions using inventory management systems.
- Prepare materials for production, ensuring correct quantities and quality standards are met.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the clean room warehouse to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Report any discrepancies, quality issues, or potential contamination risks immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and inventory systems.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with clean room procedures or sterile environments.
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Certification in forklift or other material handling equipment operation.
