Job Description

We are seeking a highly meticulous and organised Data Processor to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient entry, verification, and maintenance of critical data within our systems. This position is vital for ensuring the integrity and accessibility of information that supports our financial operations and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update customer, financial, and operational data into various databases and systems.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
  • Generate reports and retrieve data as needed for analysis.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data management and compliance.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a data entry or data processing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
  • A strong understanding of data quality principles.
  • GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
